Please read the product description before purchasing:
Our "Seconds" calendars are the same as our Daily Wall Calendars except for some minor imperfections that occurred during shipping or manufacturing. You may notice small marks on the front cover, creased corners on select pages, or a bent corner on the back board. However, all other features remain intact and the calendar works exactly as intended (yes, you can still tear off each page!).
We offer these at a reduced price to minimize waste and ensure each calendar finds a home. By purchasing a seconds calendar, you're getting excellent value while supporting sustainable practices.

Designed with fruits
Designed with fruits
The color palette of the calendar draws inspiration from fruit. In many Asian cultures, cutting fruit for someone is an act of love. Instead of saying “I love you” out loud, parents show affection through action. Peeling a pear or slicing an orange for a loved one is a subtle way to say, “I care about you” and “I made this easier for you.”
This meaningful gesture of affection is woven into our calendar through a fruit theme each month - kiwi for January, mandarin orange for February, lychee for March, mangosteen for April, pear for May and more.
Origin Story
Origin Story
At Persim Studio, we grew up surrounded by the traditional wall almanacs: hanging above the family dining table or tucked behind the cashier at our neighborhood dim sum restaurant. Tearing off the pages was not only fun to us as kids but also ritualistic — a simple act that made time feel more intentional.
The calendars also helped us keep track of the lunar holidays that shaped our time with family: Lunar New Year dinners, eating tang yuan for Winter Solstice, and making lanterns for Mid-Autumn Festival. Even now, seeing those calendars always brings us a familiar sense of warmth and nostalgia.
We created the Daily Wall Calendar to honor and preserve this cultural element in the modern homes we live in today, and to incorporate intention-setting into our everyday rituals. For those of Asian descent, we hope this calendar helps you stay connected to your roots and heritage.

How to use
The calendar was designed to become part of your daily ritual. Tear off a page and set an intention for the day ahead, whether the day comes with a packed agenda or is just another slow Sunday. Take the time to ask yourself, “How do I want to show up today? How can I bring more meaning into even the simplest moments?”
