I've entered the wrong address for my order, how can I fix it?

Please contact us within 24 hours (team@persimstudio.com) with your name and order number and we'll get it fixed for you.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping takes 5-8 business days or 3-4 business days, determined by your selected shipping preference at checkout. An email notification will be sent once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept refunds or exchanges. All orders undergo thorough quality inspections before they are shipped.
