Currently, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All orders undergo thorough quality inspections before they are shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at team@persimstudio.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Updating mailing address
If you've entered the wrong address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours at team@persimstudio.com with your name and order number and we'll get it fixed for you.
